I am a student attendee, is there anything special I should know?

Two to four best abstract scholarships will be awarded to trainees to defray registration costs.

What should I bring?

• Travel documents
• Electronic essentials and chargers
• Toiletries, medications
• Pen, notebook, laptop
• Sun protection
• A good attitude
• Water bottle
• Warm weather clothing and beach items. February temperatures are generally in the upper-70s during the day and mid-60s at night (sea level) so you may need a light jacket at night.
• You’ll be able to purchase or rent anything that you forget.

How can I reduce the cost?

Book your flight a few weeks in advance. If you are a student, you can apply for a scholarship. Share a ride to or from the airport.
